HPD Seeks Public Help Finding Wanted Pāpa‘ikou Man

Kakalia-Mika‘ele Goeas

Hawai‘i police are asking for the public’s help locating Kakalia-Mika‘ele Goeas of Pāpa‘ikou, who is wanted for a bench warrant after indictment stemming from a 2019 sex assault investigation.

Goeas is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair, and black eyes. He is known to frequent the Panaewa area of Hilo, and possibly operates a green colored 2014 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck.

Anyone with information on Goeas’ whereabouts is asked to call the police department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311 or Lt. Robert P. Pauole at 808-961-2254 or via email at robert.pauole@hawaiicounty.gov.
