Tourism leaders want to hear from you.

The Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority, in partnership with the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association and the University of Hawaiʻi, is asking for people to offer their mana‘o by participating in a survey and offer feedback on the current certification process for tour guides in Hawaiʻi.

The responses collected will be used to consider a possible new formulation and implementation of a formal licensing process in the future.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and takes between 10-15 minutes and feedback is provided anonymously.

All the information gathered in this study will be kept confidential. No reference will be made in written or oral materials that could link a participant to this study.
