Puna Interagency Warrant Sweep Results in 7 Arrests

A warrant sweep by officers of the Hawai‘i Police Department was conducted in Puna on Thursday, June 9, resulting in the arrest of seven wanted individuals (including one juvenile male) for a total of 10 outstanding warrants and drug offenses.

The warrants were for contempt of court, violating conditions of bail, and warrants of arrest. The juvenile male was arrested for contempt of court and for a runaway offense.

The adult individuals who were arrested are:

Heather Parrish, age 42

Shealyn Anderson, age 24

Kayden Dereis, age 28

Bradley Nartatez, age 28

Jadelynn Torres, age 34

During the sweep, officers were conducting a search of a property for wanted suspects and located Torres who was arrested for drug offenses.

Police ask anyone with any information relative to the whereabouts of other wanted fugitives to call the police department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 808-961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
