HPD Locate Endangered Runaway Safe in Hilo

UPDATE: Hawai’i police report that Uilani Leaverton was located in Hilo in good health on May 30, 2022. She had previously been reported as an endangered runaway.

Authorities seek the public’s help locating a Mountain View teen who was reported as an endangered runaway.

Fourteen-year-old Uilani Leaverton was last seen on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at 1:57 p.m. in Mountain View, wearing a black shirt and carrying a white Adidas backpack.

Uilani is described as being, 4 feet 1 inch tall, 75 pounds, with brown eyes and reddish-brown colored hair. She has a medical condition that requires her to take medication.
