Missing Woman Found in Good Health in Puna

Ysabel Torres

UPDATE: Ysabel Torres was located in good health in Puna. Police thank the public for its assistance.

Authorities seek the public’s help locating a 19-year-old woman who is missing and at risk.

Ysabel Torres was last seen in Hilo on April 28 at 10 p.m. Hawaii police say she may be operating a silver 2018 Toyota C-HR, Hawaii License Plate ZFN703 and may be in the Hawaiian Paradise Park area of Puna.

Torres is part Hawaiian. She is described as being 5 feet, 1 inch tall with brown hair and eyes.

Anyone with information on Torres’ whereabouts is asked to call 911 or police dispatch at 808-935-3311.
