Update: Old Māmalahoa Highway in Ahualoa is now open for one lane after a downed tree closed a portion of the roadway earlier this morning. Motorists are advised to expect delays in the area until the tree is removed.

Old Māmalahoa Highway in Ahualoa is Closed in both directions due to a downed tree between Puaono Road and Kumupele Road.
Motorists are advised to use Kahana Drive and Kalehua Road as a detour. The detour is limit to vehicles up to 6 tons and narrow.
