Peter Joseph Masi Jr. PC HPD

On Thursday, April 21, 77-year-old Peter Joseph Masi Jr of Kailua-Kona was arrested for failure to comply with covered offender registration requirements, the Hawai‘i Police Department stated in a news release.

An investigation had revealed that Masi Jr had refused to register after being advised by members of the Hawai‘i Police Department and the Hawai‘i Attorney General’s Office to do so.
