The Hawai‘i Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing “at risk” person, Alva Luafalemana, 27, male, Samoan, who is 5’6″, 200 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on Banyan Drive in Hilo 12:01 a.m. April 11 wearing black shorts. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Alva Luafalemana, please call 911 or contact the police.
