Are you ready for some football? The University of Hawaiʻi Rainbow Warriors and new head coach Timmy Chang are welcoming fans to the gridiron for a special spring game and celebration.

UH football fans are invited to join the “Braddahhood” and cheer on the Warriors during the 2022 Island Day Football Spring Game on Saturday, April 16, at the Clarence T. C. Ching Athletics Complex in Honolulu. Chang is thanking fans for their overwhelming support by making the last scrimmage of spring practice a community celebration.

The free event is open to the public and will include activities for kids, food trucks, beer gardens, vendors and live entertainment.

“It’s basically a party atmosphere. I want this place packed. I want this place rowdy and let’s come have fun with our football boys,” Chang said in a press release. “They’ve been working out all spring. They can’t wait to see you, come liven this place up.”
