11-Month-Old in Custodial Interference Investigation Found in Good Health
UPDATE: Police have located 11-month-old Alixea Fernandez-Santos in good health in Pāhoa. Authorities continue looking for Randall Santos II. HPD thanks the public for its assistance.
The Hawai‘i Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 11-month-old female Alixea Fernandez-Santos, the department stated Saturday evening.
She has brown hair and brown eyes wearing a pink dress with yellow flowers. Her father Randall Santos II left Wailoa State Park in Hilo with Alixia at 3:35 p.m. Saturday, April 9 in a silver Nissan Quest van possibly bearing Hawaii License Plate ZBU564.
Santos II does not have custody of Alixea due to a valid Family Court order. If anyone has any information which would assist in locating Alixea, please call 911 or police dispatch at 808-935-3311.
Police are also seeking the public’s assistance with locating additional suspects — two women and a man— in a custodial interference investigation involving the 11-month-old infant.
Monika Santos, age 50, of Mountain View is 4 feet 11 inches, 157 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Journee Cortez, age 25, of Kurtistown is 5 feet 3 inches, 200 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Paul Abiley Jr., age 31, of Kea‘au is 5 feet 9 inches, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
