UPDATE: Hawai‘i Police Department reported early Tuesday evening, March 8, that 22-year-old Francisco Manalovwas located in Keauhou in good health. Police thanked the public for its assistance.
Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the community’s assistance in locating an Ocean View man who was reported missing.
According to a community message from the Hawai‘i Police Department, 22-year-old Francisco Kelly Dakamas Manalo was reported missing by his family. He was last seen about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, in the Kealakekua area wearing a gray hooded jacket, black pants and a red bandana.

Manalo is described as a Pacific Islander, 5 feet tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a medical condition that requires medication.
Police ask anyone with information about Manalo’s whereabouts to call 911 or the police department’s nonemergency line at 808-935-3311.
