Police Ask Public For Help With Finding Puna Runaway

Big Island police are looking for a missing Puna teen and they are asking for the public’s help.
Police said in a community message Tuesday, March 1, that 16-year-old Bronson Histo was reported as a runaway.
Histo was last seen Monday, Feb. 28, in the Mountain View area, wearing a red baseball cap, white pants, white jacket and shoes. He is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall, about 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Police ask anyone who might have information about Histo’s whereabouts to call the HPD nonemergency line at 808-935-3311 or contact Officer Robert Keffer of Puna Patrol at 808-965-2716.
