HPM Kona Job Fair Includes $1K Signing Bonus For Full-Time Hires

HPM Building Supply will hold a hiring event outside of their Kona location at 74-5511 Luhia St. on Friday, Feb. 25 from 4-6 p.m. Interested job seekers are welcome to walk in to meet the HPM Kona management team and have the opportunity for same-day, on-site interviews.

Some of the open positions at HPM Kona include kitchen and bath designers, contractor sales
counter specialists, receiving specialists, retail specialists, and part- or full-time commercial
driver’s license drivers. Interested job seekers are encouraged to bring their résumés to the hiring event.

For a limited time, those who accept full-time hourly positions will receive a $1,000 sign-on
bonus, while part-timers will receive $500. In addition to offering competitive compensation,
HPM, as a 100% employee-owned company, provides an employee stock ownership plan.

Eligible employees, who are automatically enrolled at no cost to them, receive annual, tax-deductible stock contributions and can become fully vested in 5 years. HPM owner-employees receive special discounts on home building and remodeling materials as well.
