Alexander Cortez

Big Island police are renewing their request for information regarding 30-year-old Marina Cortez of Puna, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant and for questioning related to a custodial interference investigation.

Cortez is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 120 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. She is known to frequent the Puna and Hilo districts.

Cortez might be in the company of her 4-year-old son, Alexander Cortez, who is 3 feet, 3 inches tall, 30 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes.

Police ask anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Marina and/or Alexander Cortez to contact Detective Gavin Kagimoto of the Area I Juvenile Aid Section at 808-961-2276, by email at [email protected] or the police department’s nonemergency line at 808-935-3311.
