Māmalahoa Highway (Route 190) has re-opened, the Hawai‘i Police Department stated at 6:50 p.m. Monday.

However, repairs are being done near the 5 mile marker which require one lane to be closed with alternating traffic flow. State Highways personnel are on-scene to direct traffic and make repairs.

Be advised of flaggers and drive with caution.
