Landslide Closes Lane on Highway 19 at Laupahoehoe Gulch

The south-bound lane on Highway 19 (Māmalahoa Highhway) at Laupahoehoe Gulch is closed due to a landslide, the County of Hawai‘i announced in a press release at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30. The State Highways Division is responding to clear the road. Drive with caution in the area and expect delays.
