HPD Renews Plea for Help in Finding Missing Puna Woman

Mahali De Rasayana

Authorities are renewing their request for help in locating a missing Puna woman.

Sixty-two-year-old Mahali De Rasayana, also known as Julie Ann Linderman, was last seen on Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, in lower Puna, Hawaiʻi police report. Her friends and family are concerned for her welfare.

De Rasayana is described as having a tan complexion, 5 feet, 4 inches, 125 pounds, with long blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dress and sandals.

De Rasayana is known to frequent the Kalapana Gardens and Pohoiki area. Around the time she was last seen in early December, she may have traveled to the North Kohala and Hāmākua areas.

Police ask anyone who may have information on De Rasayana’s whereabouts, or who may have had contact with her in early December, to call the police department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311, or Lt. Rio Amon-Wilkins of the Area I Criminal Investigation Section at 808-961-2252 or send an email to [email protected].
