Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation announced road and lane closures on the Big Island for the week of Dec. 4-10. Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice. All projects are weather permitting.

— KUAKINI HIGHWAY (ROUTE 11) —

KONA (WEEKEND/WEEKLY WORK)

Single lane closure on Kuakini Highway (Route 11) in both directions between mile markers 115 and 116, Walua Road and Puʻuloa Road, Saturday, Dec. 4 through Friday, Dec. 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for tree trimming work.
