The Hawaiʻi Department of Health reported 92 new COVID-19 cases Monday, bringing the statewide total to 86,939. No new COVID-related fatalities were reported.

A total of 13 new infections were identified on the Big Island Monday.

The state’s seven-day average is now 113 new cases daily, with a test positivity rate of 1.5%.

The island-by-island case count is as follows:

O‘ahu: 59,232
Hawai‘i: 11,609
Maui: 9,854
Kaua‘i: 2,997
Moloka‘i: 247
Lana‘i: 145
Pending: 0
Out-of-State: 2,855

A total of 4,982 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 1,002 have died.
