The Donkey Mill Art Center is featuring a new exhibit highlighting the faces of the Big Island.

The essence of agriculture and Kona’s farmers were captured in portraits by island artists and are now being shown at the Center in a curated exhibit titled, “Kona People.”

Available for viewing through Dec. 18, 2021, artists employed a variety of methods and media, from oil paintings to digital media and drawings, to capture the farmers, the `āina and their work.

Donkey Mill Art Center is open Wednesdays through Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is located at 78-6670 Mamalahoa Highway in Holualoa. For more information, visit www.donkeymillartcenter.org or call 808-322-3362.
