Police Seek Help Finding Missing Minnesota Man

Authorities seek the public’s help locating a Minnesota man reported missing on Thursday, Nov. 4.
Eighty-two-year-old Richard Martin, of Delano, Minn., was last seen on Thursday at approximately 10 a.m. at Kawaihae Harbor wearing a white polo shirt with gray stripes, black walking shorts, and white tennis shoes.
He is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 10 inches, 258 pounds, with blue eyes and balding short grey hair and wears eyeglasses.
