Police Seek Help Finding Missing Minnesota Man

Authorities seek the public’s help locating a Minnesota man reported missing on Thursday, Nov. 4.

Eighty-two-year-old Richard Martin, of Delano, Minn., was last seen on Thursday at approximately 10 a.m. at Kawaihae Harbor wearing a white polo shirt with gray stripes, black walking shorts, and white tennis shoes.

He is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 10 inches, 258 pounds, with blue eyes and balding short grey hair and wears eyeglasses.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Hawaii Police Officer Apollo Kepoo at 808-887-3080, via email at [email protected], or call the police department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311.
