Big Island Teenager Reported as Runaway

Big Island authorities are looking for a missing Big Island teenager.

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Jaidon Wieland-Vierra, who has been reported as a runaway.

Wieland-Vierra was last seen in the Kea‘au area on Monday, Oct. 18, 2021, at noon wearing a Kea‘au High School blue colored polo shirt, white shorts and sneakers.

Described as being local with a light complexion, standing 5-feet tall, weighing 105 pounds, with long red hair and brown eyes. Wieland-Vierra has piercings on her lip and both nostrils.

Police ask anyone who may have information on her whereabouts to contact the department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
