DOH Reports 113 New COVID Cases Monday

The Hawaiʻi Department of Health reported 113 new COVID-19 cases Monday, bringing the statewide total to 81,614. Four new COVID-related fatalities were also reported.

A total of 18 new infections were identified on the Big Island Monday.

The state’s seven-day average is now 167 new cases daily, with a test positivity rate of 2.8%. A map documenting new cases by district across all islands can be accessed at the DOH website.

The island-by-island case count is as follows:

A total of 4,510 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 845 have died.
