Authorities seek the public’s help locating a 16-year-old runaway.
Kaiea Flemming-White was last seen in the Hawaiian Paradise Park area on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2021, at 6:30 a.m., possibly wearing a t-shirt and surf shorts. He is described as being between 5-feet-4-inches to 5-feet-6 inches, 125-140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He usually carries a skateboard.
