Winic Pierce

Authorities seek the public’s help locating a missing Kailua-Kona man.

Fifty-five-year-old Winic Pierce was last seen by his roommate before the roommate left for work on Aug. 31, 2021, at approximately 9:30 a.m. at their Kailua-Kona residence.

Pierce is described as a white male, 5 feet and 8 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Hawaiʻi Police are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Kona Patrol Officer Justin Uresti at the Kona Police Station at 808-326-4646, or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island-wide Crime Stoppers number at 808-961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
