UPDATE: Dorajean Nihoa and Joseph Keka both reached out to HPD in regards to this investigation.

Authorities seek the publicʻs help locating a man and woman wanted for questioning in regards to a missing person investigation in Ocean View from November 2019.

Dorajean Nihoa, 57, of Hilo, is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Joseph Keka, 60, of Kona 5 feet 8 inches tall, 275 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. Keka also has an outstanding unrelated arrest warrant.
