HPD Seeks Help Finding Missing Puna Man

Authorities seek the public’s help locating a missing Puna man.
Thirty-four-year-old Justin J. Clark was last seen on Thursday, Aug. 19, 2021, around noon, in the 700 block of Kīlauea Avenue in Hilo wearing a dark-colored shirt.
Clark is described as Caucasian, 6 feet 3 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
