HPD Seeks Help Finding 13-Year-Old Runaway

Jason Oharra

Authorities are reaching out to the public for assistance in locating a 13-year-old boy reported as a runaway.

Jason Oharra was last seen on July 20, 2021, in the area of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo. Hawaii Police say the teen may also be in the area of Pāhoa Road in Nānāwale Estates.

Jason is described as having a fair complexion, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 pounds, with short light brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black collared shirt, grey shorts, and red shoes.

Anyone with information on Jason’s whereabouts is asked to call the police department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
