All Solid Waste Transfer Stations island-wide will close, Wednesday, July 21, for the Solid Waste Division’s quarterly employee safety training.
However, the Reload Facility, located at the South Hilo Sanitary Landfill, and the West Hawaiʻi Sanitary Landfill, located in Waikoloa, will be open during regular business hours from 7 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. daily.
