Police Search For Big Island Runaway

Hawai‘i Island Police are asking for public assistance to locate Lokelani Troche-Nobriga, 14, who has been reported as a runaway.
Troche-Nobriga was last seen in Hilo on July 8, 2021. She is described as 5-feet, 2-inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with a fair complexion, dark brown hair and brown eyes. Troche-Nobriga is believed to frequent the Hilo district.
Police ask anyone who may have information about Troche-Nobriga‘s whereabouts to contact the epartment’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
