HPD Seeks Public’s Help Identifying Robbery Suspect

Authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a reported robbery in Kea‘au on Sunday, June 20, 2021.

The robbery occurred near Shipman Beach on the Shipman Beach Trail. According to Hawai‘i Police, the suspect is described as a local male in his 30s, approximately 6 feet tall, slim build, wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black shoes.

The suspect is also described as having short dark hair with a yellow-colored mohawk.

Police provided no image of the suspect.
