Police Seek Public’s Help Finding Kea‘au Man

Brian Maccaferri

Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating a Kea‘au man who hasn’t been heard from since late May 2021.

Forty-six-year-old Brian Maccaferri is described as Caucasian with a tan complexion, 5 feet 10 inches, weighing 150 to 160 pounds, with long black and brown hair. He is known to frequent the Kea‘au and Pāhoa areas.

Anyone with information on Maccaferri’s whereabouts is asked to call Hawai‘i Police Department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311 and ask for Officer Scott Hammons.
