New Military Convoys Scheduled for Saturday

New convoys of military vehicles are scheduled for, Saturday, 15 May 2021, from Kawaihae Harbor to Pōhakuloa Training Area.
The new scheduled convoys are due to changes in Landing Ship Vessel (LSV) shipping schedules. The convoys will begin at noon, with the last departing at approximately 4 p.m.
Convoy leaders are briefed to conduct pull-over drills along the route to allow local motorists to pass safely. These convoys will travel on Queen Ka’ahumanu Highway, Waikoloa Road and Daniel K. Inouye Highway.
