More than 1,500 troops invoving US Army and US Marine Corps will be on the ground training at Pōhakuloa Training Area for the remainder of April through May.
Training will involve rotary-wing aircraft (helicopters), MV-22 Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft, small arms, artillery, mortars and unmanned aerial systems or drones. The following convoys are planned for the remainder of April and the beginning of May:
April 26: PTA to Kawaihae 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
April 27: PTA to Kawaihae 8 a.m., 10 a.m. and 12 Noon
April 28: PTA to Kawaihae 8 a.m., 10 a.m. and 12 Noon
April 29: PTA to Kawaihae 8 a.m.
April 30: PTA to Kawaihae 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
May 1: PTA to Kawaihae 8 a.m.
May 7: PTA to Kawaihae 8 a.m.
