HPD Seeks Public’s Help Finding Missing Kea‘au Man

Hawai‘i Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 51-year-old Kea‘au man who was reported missing.

Raphael “Ralph” Solis is described as being approximately 5-feet-07-inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair.

He was last seen just after 1 a.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, in the 1600 block of 28th Avenue in the Hawaiian Paradise Park Subdivision in Kea‘au. He left the area in an unknown direction of travel, possibly on foot.

Solis is considered armed. If seen, contact the police and do not approach.
