Hawai‘i Island police are searching for a missing Kona woman.

Authorities seek public assistance to locate Carrie-Jean Wood of Kona, 50, has been reported a missing person.

Wood was last seen in the 100 block of Kalani Street in Kailua-Kona on Feb. 10, 2021, at noon. She is described as being 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 260 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.  Police ask anyone who may have any information on Wood’s whereabouts to contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
