Hawaiʻi Island Police reported that Kelvin “Monster“ Udac was arrested in Ocean View on Thursday morning.
HPD searched for Udac for almost a month, issuing its first press release involving the wanted 39-year-old man in late October. Udac was wanted on multiple bench warrants.
