Hilo School Tsunami Drill Underway; Expect Delays

Students at Chiefess Kapi‘olani School in Hilo will be crossing Kino‘ole Street by the Department of Aging this morning as part of a tsunami drill.
The drill started at 8 a.m. and will continue until complete.
Hawai‘i County Police will be on-hand to assist students and ensure traffic flows smoothly. Motorists are advised to drive with caution and expect delays.
