Kyle Brittain, 27, is described as 5-feet-11-inches tall with short black hair.
He was last known to be hiking in Waipio Valley.
If located, notify the Hawai‘i Police Department at (808) 935-3311. The HPD issued this notice on Aug. 31, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.
