Hawai‘i Community Federal Credit Union will present a free seminar on homeowner’s insurance on Saturday, Aug. 24, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., at HCFCU’s Kaloko branch in Kailua-Kona.

Led by Eugene Tagawa, an agent with Atlas Insurance Agency, the seminar will explore the value of homeowner’s insurance in the event of unfortunate circumstances like theft or fire.

  • What is homeowner’s insurance;
  • Liability and umbrella insurance;
  • Insurance for different types of homes;
