Laupahoehoe Pool to Close for Maintenance

The Hawai‘i County Department of Parks and Recreation will close Laupahoehoe Pool from Monday, July 29, to Friday, Aug. 2, 2019, for maintenance.

The pool’s water will be replaced and the filter media will be cleaned in order to maximize the filtration system’s efficiency.

The department apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and looks forward to starting the Novice Swim Team program on Aug. 5, 2019.
