Join Kona Stories for a beach theme day—where volunteers will be reading going to the beach stories to keiki, doing crafts and even having a small snack.

Kona Stories would like to say mahalo to the American Association of University Women (AAUW) volunteers for co-hosting this event. Since 1881 the AAUW has been the nation’s leading voice promoting education and equity for women and girls. AAUW promotes equity for all women and girls, lifelong education and positive societal change.

On the day of story time, check your child in at the book store about 10 minutes early and then join the fun in the courtyard under the tents.

Space is limited so RSVP to (808) 324-0350 or email [email protected]. There is a $5 participation fee to cover crafts and snack but children receive a $5 coupon to use in the bookstore after story time.

Kona Stories would also like to say mahalo to story time sponsor Stefanie of Blue Journey Farm who you will find at the Keauhou Farmers Market every Saturday. Next story time is May 29, 2019.

Kona Stories is located in the Keauhou Shopping Center in the courtyard shops near KTA.
