9:24 a.m.: Haleki‘i Street between Mamao and Muli Streets is closed due to traffic incident. Inoperable traffic signal at Highwat 11/Halekii Street. Expect delays. Road is expected to be closed for approximately 4 hours. Use caution when driving in the area and use alternative routes where possible.
