The Volcano Fire Station (Station 19), including the fire engine and ambulance, relocated to a temporary home in Volcano District effective Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018, at 6 p.m.

The temporary station is a residence at 19-4213 Haunani Road in Volcano. The station will remain there pending assurance from the National Park and the U.S. Geological Survey that conditions are safe enough to return back to their regular station within Hawaiian Volcano National Park.

The fire department would like to thank community members for their understanding and patience throughout these relocations.

If you have any questions, contact Deputy Chief Lance Uchida at (808) 932–2900.
