The Philippine Consulate’s Mobile Team will be in Hilo on Saturday and Sunday, May 26 – 27, 2018, and will conduct the following consular services:

  • Passport renewal (fee $60 cash only)
  • Acceptance of applications for: Notary Services: Authentication of Documents; Reports of Birth and Marriage: Dual Citizenship,
  • Administer the oath of allegiance for qualified dual citizenship applicants at 3 p.m. on May 26 and 10 a.m. on May 27. (Applicants should submit their applications for dual citizenship before May 14, 2018, to the Consulate to qualify for oath taking)  Applicants should arrive at least 30 minutes before the oath taking ceremony.
  • Answer questions and concerns on matters relative to Consular services.

The team will be available at the County of Hawai‘i Building in the Aupuni Center Conference Room located at 101 Pauahi Street on Saturday, May 26, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m and on Sunday, May 27, from 8 a.m. to noon.

Bring your latest passport, NSO Birth Certificate, Copies of Alien Card (front and back) and $6.65 worth of Postage Stamps.
