The Hawaiʻi Island Police Department reported that Tomasz Mieczkowski turned himself in to the Kona Police Station on Tuesday, March 27, 2018.

The police department would like to thank the public for their support and assistance.

This information was provided by the authorities. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
