Top-producing broker Rebecca Keli‘iho‘omalu has moved to Elite Pacific Properties.

Keli‘iho‘omalu, founder of The Rebecca K. Collection, made the transition to locally owned Elite Pacific Properties to provide a higher level of services to her clients and to benefit from a firm known for extensive marketing capabilities.

Keli‘iho‘omalu, a mainstay on the annual Hawaii Business Magazine’s Top 100 Realtors list, said of her move, “Elite’s commitment to providing the highest level of service to its clients while most importantly supporting their agents with unparalleled transaction coordination services and excellent marketing, makes this a compelling and confident decision on my part.”

Elite Pacific Properties closed 2017 with almost $1.2 billion in sales, solidifying its status as the top volume brokerage in the state of Hawai‘i. Over 200 agents make up the successful homegrown Hawai‘i real estate powerhouse, which has a dedicated team of 50 support staff to assist agents with tech-based efficiency platforms, in-house coaching and training programs, marketing listings and managing their escrows.

Keli‘iho‘omalu joins nine other Elite Pacific Properties agents who were honored as Top 100 Realtors in 2017, the most of any brokerage firm.

Paul Mayer, managing partner of Elite Pacific Properties, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca Keli‘iho‘omalu to the Elite team. She is the consummate professional, focused on giving her clients the highest level of service while achieving their real estate goals, and that is a perfect match with our company culture. We’re really pleased to be adding a broker with her level of expertise and unwavering dedication to the team.”

On welcoming Keli‘iho‘omalu to Elite Pacific, Vice President Margaret Reynolds said, “Rebecca has had an immensely successful real estate career so far, we’re excited to see her have even greater success with Elite.”

Keli‘iho‘omalu is one of the most known and trusted names in real estate in Hawai‘i, consistently top in broker rating statewide, and recognized year after year as one of the Top 100 Realtors by Hawaii Business Magazine.

Since earning her license in 2003, she’s achieved over $256 million in combined sales of residential, commercial, ranch, farm, coastal and golf resort properties.
