Deleon & Rego Arrested in Ocean View

Hawaiʻi Island Police arrested Sloan K. Deleon and JennyLee L. Rego on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. in Ocean View.

Both were wanted on bench warrants.

On Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2018, Hawaiʻi Island Police issued a release stating they searching for 26-year-old Deleon, who was wanted on six bench warrants totaling $300,000.

Due to complaints received from the concerned community, Deleon had recently been sighted in the Ocean View area while in the company of Rego, who was also being sought after by police.

Rego was wanted on six bench warrants totaling $300,000 as well.

This information was provided by the authorities. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
