Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 16-year-old Kamuela youth who was reported missing.

Jacob Mead was last seen on Aug. 8, 2017, in Hilo.

He is described as 5-feet-8-inches tall, 160 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

The Hawai‘i Police Department asks anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
