​Hālau​ ​Kaʻeaikahelelani will​ ​present​ ​Christmas​ ​Under​ ​the​ ​Stars​ ​at​ ​the​ ​Sheraton​ ​Kona​ ​Resort ​on​ ​Friday,​ ​Dec. ​15​, 2017.​​

​This​ ​performance​ ​will​ ​include​ ​all members​ ​of​ ​the​ ​hālau​, keiki​ ​through​ ​adult​ ​classes ​and​ ​feature​ ​five​-time​ ​Nā​ ​Hōkū​ ​Hanohano​ ​Award-winner​ ​Kuana​ ​Torres​ ​Kahele.​ ​​

Kahele​ ​is​ ​a​ ​native​ ​of​ ​Hilo​ ​and​ ​is​ ​a​ ​Hawaiian​ ​musician,​ ​vocalist,​ ​songwriter, record​ ​producer,​ ​dancer​ ​and​ ​educator.​ ​​ ​

In​ ​addition,​ ​there​ ​will​ ​be​ ​a​ ​special​ ​guest​ ​appearance​ ​by​ ​Lorna Lim.​ ​​ ​Born​ ​and​ ​raised​ ​in​ ​the​ ​North​ ​Kohala​ ​district​ ​on​ ​Hawai‘i,​ ​Lim​ ​began​ ​playing​ ​music​ ​at​ ​an​ ​early​ ​age​ ​with her​ ​award-winning​ ​family​ ​known​ ​simply​ ​as​ ​the​ ​The​ ​Lim​ ​Family. ​Both​ ​are​ ​among​ ​Hawaiʻi’s​ ​living​ ​treasures and​ ​are​ ​sure​ ​to​ ​provide​ ​an​ ​unforgettable​ ​experience​ ​for​ ​all​ ​who​ ​attend.

After​ ​a​ ​momentous​ ​debut​ ​at​ ​New​ ​York​ ​Fashion​ ​Week,​ ​MANAOLA​ ​​​is​ ​returning​ ​to​ ​his​ ​home​ ​on Hawaiʻi​ ​Island​ ​to​ ​share​ ​his​ ​culture​ ​conscious​ ​designs​ ​just​ ​in​ ​time​ ​for​ ​the​ ​holidays. ​MANAOLA’s​ ​last pop-up​ ​shop​ ​of​ ​2017 will ​feature ​kāne​ ​aloha​ ​shirts​ ​to​ ​wāhine​ ​dresses,​ ​separates,​ ​accessories​ ​and​ ​more.

​Kahele​ ​will​ ​also​ ​feature​ ​his​ ​line​ ​of​ ​exotic​ ​shell​ ​jewelry​ ​that​ ​celebrates​ ​treasure​ ​from​ ​our oceans​ ​all​ ​over​ ​the​ ​world.​ ​KUANA​ ​Elegant Culture​ ​will​ ​showcase​ ​beautiful​ ​Niʻihau​ ​shell​ ​earrings, bracelets,​ ​necklaces​ ​and​ ​more.

This​ ​evening​ ​of​ ​hula,​ ​music​ ​and​ ​shopping​ ​will​ ​also include​ ​a​ ​visit​ ​and picture​ ​taking​ ​with​ ​Santa​ ​Claus.​ ​

Doors​ ​will​ ​open​ ​at​ ​5 p.m.

Tickets​ ​are​ ​$25​ ​for​ ​ages​ ​12​ ​and​ ​over,​ ​$10​ ​for ages​ ​6 to 11​, ​and​ ​children​ ​5​ ​and​ ​under​ ​are​ ​free.​ ​​ ​
